iFilm English TV to present ‘Passenger from India’

iFilm English TV channel has set to broadcast the series ‘Passenger from India’ starting from Sunday night.

The series, directed by Qasem Jafari, will be aired every night at 20:00 GMT.

The series is about Ramin who has traveled from Iran to India in order to pursuit his academic studies. While there, he meets and falls in love with an Indian girl named Sita.

Even though her family is opposed to the relationship, they get engaged and he whisks her away to Tehran. Thinking they have dodged past troubles, they soon realize that their problems have just begun.

The series is starring Elham Hamidi, Shila Khodadad, Aliram Nouraee, Majid Moshiri, Iraj Nozari, Behnoush Tabatabaee, Nasrin Moqanlou, Shirin Bina, the late Zohreh Fakour-Sabour, Felor Nazari, Farahnaz Manafi-Zaher, Soroush Goudarzi, and Hamid Goudarzi.

Replacing the series ‘Light and Shadow’, every episode of ‘Passenger from India’ will be repeated the next day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00 GMT.
